Nvr thought that there would be another post on this blog, did u? After almost not blogging for half a yr, i decided to just put up a post on me so far, n b4 i fly off for wallaby.

Let's see... last post was just after my POP in BMT... well, i didnt get into OCS or SISPEC cos i failed my FFI(not cos of IPPT, i got a SILVER u know)... entered some unit for god knows wat reason issit doing in PLC... completed driving phase in march n OM in June... now saving people in my Savior(too bad its not red, n it cant change into MS mode, awww...). I'm going off to Australia, living in the wild till the end of this month(yes, i mean it literally till the 31st). Maybe i'll bring back some souvenir for some of u IF i am ACTUALLY in a good mood...

Let's be happy that at least i'm another 6 months closer to my ORD ...

Come on, u didn't actually think that i bothered to blog ^these^ only, did u? If u actually know how my blog works, i am here only bcos i need to vent/grumble/whine in the form of writing. (not that i have nothing to say in the past 6 months, thats was just plain busy that u have no time to type since i type rather slow)

1. Unhappiness about the attitude of ZZR: come on, bu yao diu NJ de ren de lian leh... (though i'm from SA) zhe zhong tai du lian wo dou shou bu liao lor... wo mei you tan kai lai jiang shi bu yao ba guan xi nong jiang ba le... (ru ni gen D na yang) xian jai (chu guo qian) hai lai gen wo shua zhe zhong hua yang...

2. Trouble of the loss of property: Part 1 - tot i lost my wallet, but was actually somewhere in bunk... zzz... spoiled my mood 4 1 wkend; Part 2 - loss of general property, all(those involved will know wat i mean) of us emo all the way till weds aftnn... mendokusei...

3. Ore no tanjyoubi no koto: 201 no minna-san, arigatou gozaimasu! For letting me have such an ooishi baasudae. Zhen shi duo xie le... KE SHI, qi ta ren jiu bu yi yang le... Ore ni wa, jitsu ni wa chotto shitsubou shite... Shi jian jin cu, wu fa chou chu shi jian yi qi qing zhu wo neng li jie... Shikashi, tada no puresento mo nai... ore wa chotto okotteiru zo... not say i did not give u (all) time, 1 month (or in one case a bit more than 2 weeks after OE) should be more than enough isn't it??? Using stupid excuses to entertain me aren't making me any more relieved either... baka-baka-shi no comp mo... makes me wonder y do i even bother to go through such trouble of finding them those stuff any way... therefore, the ans to eunice is "Sadly, no." (1 in a million chance that she would actually read this even).

Obviously, i have better stuff to do then to keep myself occupied with such stuff...

-Started buying NEWTYPE in addition to my monthly ASUKA, found it rather informative, lets just see how it goes for the next few months.
- Obtained all 3 Ai Ore drama CDs!! thanks to the help of my friend :D (he's helping me to get D.Gray-man complete best as well!)
- Heroes season 3 has started. Lots to catch up 3weeks later...
- Naruto n Bleach fillers finally ended, so i'll have some decent stuff to watch when i come back, yay!
- D.Gray-man ended this week... hope that they will continue the series in the future...
- I actually started watching Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters couple of weeks ago... realized that i nvr actually finish watching it on TV broad cast... (makes me feel like buying the cards...)
- Finished watching Junjou Romantica last wkend, rewatched it again last 2 days... simply cant wait for the 2nd season to come out this month :D (dun complain to me if u got problem with this show, the manga is more explicit u know... cant find it in Kino tdy when i tried... rather expected though)

YES! After 13 weeks in tekong, i'm finally out of that island n graduated from BMTC :D no longer a recruit. PoP parade for sch1 was on 120308, i was in the a.m. session so i booked out earlier than other friends, hehe...

After all those training in Tekong, it does make u a bit sad that u r leaving, especially from the company that u have been sleeping, training n confined in for the past 3 months. In my case, Zulu coy! Never forget Platoon 3, section 1 in particular, n of course all the sergeants n sirs who have been our commanders all along. Arigatou gozaimasu~ desu~~ All the best to platoon 3! Hope u all get posted to watever unit u all wanted!

oh yes, A lvl results was last friday. Results not bad, now left to do the application stuff.

Not to forget CABAL is out, go play in Venus world with me.

Missed the last shipment of ASUKA but next one should be this friday...

Last but not least, Evangelion 1:0 movie is finally coming to theatres, must watch!!!

So fast 2 years have passed just like that... end of J1... end of A levels... now enlisting...

Had fun the past week... Seoul Garden with 201 pple... SJI SA dinner... Ice skating with ShiWei and WeiYu on weds... and went out again with 201 pple just a while ago...

Thx to all who helped me in the past two years... really hope to see u guys soon during book-outs...

A week after As ended...

Went out with SW n WY to Ashiq's house b4 they went church last Sat. Somehow ended up watching Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer, lol, not bad graphics though.

Mon to tues was 06S03 class chalet at Aloha loyang, brought swimming attire but decided that i was too lazy to change n swim and for the 1st time i'm actually the 1st start the fire at a bbq(considering that this is the 2nd time i tried starting one). Good food n drinks, enjoyed whacking other pples hand in heart att., n satisfied my desire for majong in a long time(n learned a few new rules as well) by playing till 4a.m. Slept for only 4 hrs n left the chalet in the raining weather, b4 eating breakfast at MacDonalds, ended buying another 20,000 @-cash card... hmm...

Went Genting the last 3 days, just came home at 9p.m. tdy. reached rather late the 1st day though, abt 3p.m., played some indoor stuff b4 getting rest. 2nd day was outdoor day!!! Played most of the outdoor stuff until it rained at abt 8pm. Somemore the gift shop close so early, it was already closed when we went there at 7p.m.(went in once after lunch), couldnt buy wat i planned so had to buy other stuff later that night. Last day was shopping day, the mist was so heavy that u cant see wats 3m ahead of u, in fact it was getting rather bad since last night. Pity pple who came ytd n tdy, cannot play outdoor stuff cos most will be closed due to heavy mist (lucky us...), buying 250RM worth of clothes for myself but still cant find pants for grad night (sadly)...

Must finish X and heroes in these 2 weeks n go for as much outing as possible...
No time to lose...

Edit: Expressing my displeasure over pple who went seoul garden, which they all complained of not being free when we 1st suggested going there (so i waited), then all suddenly free to go when i obviously wasnt.

Yeah, yeah i know i havent blog for a long time. Relax....

Halfway through the papers... n next 3 days r physics, chem n econs... so far other than the hard GP P2 and the disasterous geometry of H3 maths, other papers have been going smoothly. "STUDY for econs!!!" is wat i must do now other then the stuff i have been doing so far...

'wat are the "other stuff" ? 'u may ask.
Anime. D.Gray-man, Naruto Shippuuden, Shakugan no Shana II are still on-going, now watching Higurashi no Koro ni (Kai) and starting on Clannad, 1 horror+thriller, the other a school-comedy, both are not bad. Oh and of course Kyou Kara Maou! R. So long nvr watch any new epi of it liao, finally OVA out :D , next waiting for Tsubasa Chronicles: Tokyo Revelations, MUST BUY!

Manga. So sad couldnt get the 1st serialization of Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero in ASUKA.... they has a folder with Akira on it somemore... T_T but managed to get the 2nd one just couple of weeks ago (moe XD), btw, i just realize the new evangelion manga is also serialized in it as well => MUST BUY EVERY MONTH FROM NOW ON!!! (Can someone help me buy Ai Ore's Drama CDs online... i wan them also...)

Darkness and Light(DAL). Another game by Asiasoft, somewhat like DotA. Nice change from maple and audi. Those of u who played DotA must play with me after A lvls :)

Steamboat at Marina(ytd): HAHA, i must be crazy to go steamboat in the middle of exams with my guild pple. 1st time meeting them out n had lots of fun eating n chatting. Next time dun blame me for suggesting steamboat, being hot, stuffy, etc. cos no one replied on forum... next time will bring(or drag) the other 2 with me as well :D

Study.(last but not least) U all think i nvr study de meh...(wats with that surprised look =_=) i also must study for econs de... so far onli read through the essay in remedials, dunno wat else to do...

Now, I must go continue multitasking b4 getting my sleep. Jya ne~~~!

After graduation on thurs, i have been sorting out all my stuff at home, preparing to do revision for coming weeks. Graduation had been nice, after wat the teachers have done for us, though reception could have been improved (not just desert n dim sum plz -.-).

2 yrs in JC have really let me seen a lot, especially coming to SA from AJ. Diff in not just the school culture but the feel as well. Probably the only good thing that resulted from coming to SA is making new friends n strengthen those bonds... demo ne, kore wa mo boku no ichiban koukai no handan desu... thx to all who played a part in my life these 2 yrs... Hope to see u all again,(other than exams) prob at grad night, though some of u may not be going... sadly...

On another note, I currently have no PES, no enlistment date and no BMTC school!!! Most of the others have gotten theirs already.... date ranging from Dec to Apr... T_T n i still havent gotten mine... kimi-tachi to issho ni ikou wo hoshii desu yo... haiz...

Finished prelims last week on Tues, after that went with the SJI gang to Marina Square for lunch + bowling (as rusty as i last bowled) + pool (super ex...zzz... $9.60/ hr) + arcade(challengers on bishi bashi r always welcomed :) + LAN all the way to abt 7pm... haha, thats wat u call relax n have fun :D

After that results are given 1 by 1, so far econs still havent get back... n GP was horrible...

something to say... on asking qns...
1. dun use MSN to ask long qns... i type slow n its mafan, pls call or meet up
2. pls know if others r free b4 calling...
3. use my house phone if intend to ask any longer than 15min... hp costs r ex... otherwise u pay for my bills ar...

Sept Holidays

Halfway through prelims, so far still not that bad, just hope that the rest r like that... left maths paper 2 and physics & chem paper 1&2...

Went back SJI on Fri. So sad they didnt have celebration this yr cos of early prelims n PTM. Still, got to meet lots of my teachers, Mrs Chern, Ms Goh, Mrs Tan, Mrs Lim, Mr Karl Lee, Mr Goh, Mr Sim, Ms Yeo... Nt bad, all of them still rmb my name, 1st thing Mrs Tan said was "Hello Jia Hao, u taking double maths right?", haha i guess its sort of expected of me right :) After that, went for lunch at Toa Payoh with 201 guys. The biggest surprise is yet to come. We were going home by MRT n we saw Mr Lee outside the MRT (LOL, such a coincidence), all of us got dragged out to have tea with him. Apparently he came back a few months ago from shanghai, n still writing his thesis.

Hols have started n everything is so boring. U'll get tired of maple after a few hours, finished another 24epi anime (fate/stay night, n i assure u i wasnt the one who dl it :P), going to go get my I/C tmr after i lost my last one. This thursday still got the Nnanyang concept thing at NTU in the evening =_=...... Feel like camping over someone's house to study... wont study by myself if i stay at home like that...

Prob will update again at the end of hols... if i dun die of boredom...

Then again, 9/9 is coming... so qing ni men yi ding yao dong de zuo ren oh...
"Low expectations is the 1st step to prevent disappointment" as i always say...

Enough said, u pple should go play. thats right not study, its hols afterall...

Tdy was GP and econs paper n many pple would agree that its crazy to put these 2 subject on the same day, but u'll get the sense of relief for finishing these 2 crappy subject in a day.

GP essay was not that bad...

Went NS checkup last friday with whole bunch of them, so didnt go school... PES D... sian need to go for more check up... After that went to watch Harry Potter, nice scenes, hope the last 2 movie is as good as well.

Bought Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on Sat and finished in 6hr+, the book ties up all the plots into one naturally, bringing a great series to an end.

Yesterday and today was learning fest. Tennis was hard to learn, ball goes all haywire if u dun hit it head-on. Manga was great, the external teacher could really draw well and manage to learn a few tips from him. Tdy's maths trail was a real long one, wasted time at the hat game(had to queue) and the scale drawing (too detailed), dunno if can win or not...

Went to watch Simpsons after learning fest n was freezing in the cinema, came home and realise i had fever. Just went to see the doctor for the medcine, he gave MC for tmr but i think tmr i will still go school (not a good day to miss lessons)... haiz...

Beginning of BT2

What i did during holidays:

9/6: Helpout at the youth monopoly challenge (stationed at tanjong pagar). Not bad, just sit there whole day and wait for competing teams to come roll their dice and buy shares. Total teams landed in Tanjong pagar:7

11/6: SUPPOSED to have CIP for the busker event with WeiYu and Tong Liang. Recieved no update, couldnt find anyone doing the CIP, so just went home.

15/6: Maths mock exam. OMG couldnt do the 2nd part of C. no. must go revise...

16-17/6: Famine camp. 30hrs of hunger + fun games + charity work + 30CIP hours :D

20/6: Celebrated Evan's birthday. made him go on the ride which has the capsule being released high into the sky... hehe... then had dinner at a jap-western restaurant. Money spent: >$30 T_T

21/6: studied at PW's house with Wei Yi on maths and econs. Almost fell asleep at 4pm.

22/6: Regular hospital checkup at AH. MC for rest of the year+ letter for NS med+ having cells killed by brehmsstrahlung...

23/6: Studied Physics + Econs whole day

Rest of the hols: Played GE+Maple+Audition whole day long...

Econs paper is in less than 4hrs... gtg now, bye...

Havent posted lately due to my lastest craze of... Granado Espada!!! There have been advertisments on the TV about this new online game and I see it quite often recently. 3 reasons y u should play: 1, MCC- multi char. control which uses AI to help u control ur 3 chars at same time; 2, supernice graphics, so make sure ur com is up to the job; 3, it has a new system of stance which is diff from other games, must try out!!! Sadly, i heard that its not going to be FTP forever so start saving money now if u decide to play after beta period... lvl30 in 7 days liao... :D

Just recovered from my virus infection a week ago(part of reason y i didnt blog) .... not good to have virus attacking ur nerves until u cant even walk properly... a bit of scarring but not visible anyway :)

Tdy went for PSC psychometric test at Civil Service College. Onli the 1st part on puzzles and pattern was interesting... all u can do is keep doing, rushing for time to finish. The 2nd section on Arithmetic was the worse, expecting us to finish 30 maths qns in 30 mins, in the end only finish 28/30... the english and personality test was ok, just long. In total spent 4 hrs purely on shading 36+30+60+185=311 bubbles in abt 4 hrs, shade until i also gong gong liao.

Lots to do in the hols. Some still unconfirmed but still need to go... n since i prob wont blog tmr...

JY WeiYu and JiaHui, and all others taking chinese A-lvl on Monday!

Happy birthday Pei Wei for turning 18 on Weds!!
Celebrated birthday Pei Wei's birthday with Wei Yi, Jeremy, Evan, eahy at NYCA at Wilock. Evan, Jeremy and I met up 1st to buy him something as a gift and guess wat we bought? Haha, we bought a feet odour control and cool spray and a packet of tools for the special need :P. went to Mc Cafe afterwards to chit chat and bout a ice choco at exorbitant cost of $4. Pei Wei even tried to blow a ballon with wat we bought him, LOL.

Luckily, we SJI SA guys went to watch spiderman3 earlier that dayother wise we would be totally spoiled by the pastor on thurs chapel. He was trying to quote some moral values from spider3, and in the end gave out all the plot to the whole JC cohord =_=.

I cant do anything but just ask wats going on as i'm not in the same class as WY. I would have done as much as i could to help if i can, haiz. But this does show something: some SAJC staff doesnt even have the proper judgement of things. Must have been blind to take such action against this incident.

Tdy MO was on Graph Theory, though i know it was very impt for H3 maths but couldnt help it and weaved in and out of sleep in the 1st 40min, after sleeping at 1am for past 4 days... looks like i'm gonna slp at 1am tdy as well...

Giving maths tuition at my house tmr, interested ones can always inform b4hand but free membership extends only to my friends :DDD

SPA and SGCs

Lazy to post after kayaking course last week... Had a sunburn and my skin is still peeling now...

Chem SPA and Physics SPA this and next week respectively... must study totally until it gets imprinted onto my brain so as to get full marks for both... plus next week still got chem, maths and physics test in order (for those who forgot) also must read up... so many things to do but so little time haiz...

Thankfully, Chem syllabus finished, Maths on last few, H3 physics on last topic photonics, H3 maths finished geometry left combinatorics, but H2 physics is really too slow le.... no time to do AC need to go read up... haiz... strange how sometimes u find no time to do stuff and yet, hope time in SA to go pass faster...

Look at SGC also dunno wat to write, CCA not really that great... CIP not a lot either... MO shall be upcoming plus the previous yr... look so lousy...

Someone went watch Spiderman 3 on Sat also didnt call me... =_= nvm, i go watch tmr.... and tmr Pei Wei's bday didnt get anything 4 him...... no time...

One more thing, Happy Birthday Shi Wei! Ya, its a bit late lah, hope u liked the present i chose :)

Also, Granada Espada coming out open beta next week :D I'll probably be playing after physics test, hope to see pple i know playing as well :D On a side note, my ice wiz is now lvl 61, 9 more lvl to 3rd job, jy !!!

Expected response from the P this morning, well no pt saying anymore isnt it? Extent of the badness is pretty obvious now isnt it? PW is quite a dumb subject if u think abt it, given that u cant mark it like science subject and teachers are assessing students from own school, it shouldnt have been an A-lvl subj/uni criteria in 1st place and rather stayed as a side project as it can never measure the abilities accurately...

No H3 maths today and MO tmr so more time to do work. I shall start getting into momentum already...

Sat and Sun going for kayaking so will be very tired + will miss GPQ sry guyz...

Finally decided NS medical check up date and another week nearer to the end of JC.

What Weiyu wrote on his blog is exactly what i was thinking, but unable to pen down in words. Y other schools can get rows of As and Bs, while u look at SA, students r getting Cs and Ds. Its definitely not a freak yr cos last yr SA got as "good" results for PW as well. What i can see is that there is definitely something wrong with the school PW system. And higher-up pple are still happy that 'no one failed' and '75% A,B and Cs' when there is only 0.5% As. This makes u wonder why so many pple still wan to choose SA as their 1st choice JC. It is either they have stamps on their eyes or they saw SA as some other JC. u get wat i mean...

Went back SJI on Friday(just nice sfter their training) and saw Mike there also. Havent seen him for quite some time and his hair is real long now, beyond his neck already. Mike, Shiwei, Weiyu and I, along with the J1s, Paul and weijin went to Pastamania at PS to eat dinner. Apparently we lao jiao sat a seperate table as the place was quite full. Met Delvin and Qi Kai on the way and Yi Xiang on the way back also.

Ytd afternn went to register kayaking 1* with Shiwei at Kallang SSC after lunch at J8. We took 13 and got of somewhere near beach road and in our effort to locate the place, we practically had a expedition of our own.
1st stop: Kallang CC. After half an hr of walking we decide to ask for directions with the pple in the CC where we called the SSC.
2nd stop: Golden Mile complex. Most of u will recognize it as where u buy UGO stuff, we walked all the way towards the right side where we see no end to the road... trying to cross the road to the other side...
3rd stop: Suntec City. Nice place where u can enjoy air-con momentarily while continuing our walk through all 3 towers.
4th stop: Forest of Nowhere. All u see is a winding road and TREES all around u and we had to cut across a field and jump over a longkang (when we could have cross b4 that...) By then, Shiwei's toes was like getting crushed by his over-tight emo-shoes...
5th stop: Park beside kallang river. A quite Shi Qing Hua Yi place where u can see the Ducktour bus entering the water( cant believe shiwei didnt know until ytd) , pple running twice the distance we walk in same amt of time (they lapped us) and have a toilet break at the same time.
Destination: Kallang SSC. Hidden under a bridge where no one can see. SJI pple can prob rmb it as the place we went to cheer for our canoeing team 2 yrs ago, and emptied (literally) my wallet to pay for the course fee.
Turn around and u see that it is actually to the left of golden mile complex =_=
Time taken: 3hrs (which would have taken only 1hr if we went the correct way)

Tdy morning went out for qing ming, wouldnt have gone if i had the choice since not everyone was there anyway...

Now to do the thing that i got tagged for...
My 6 most unusual habits:

1) Start singing to myself whenever i hear a Jap song. Simply like jap songs, they sound nicer than most English song i heard anyway.

2)Fascination about swords(particularly chinese swords). Haha, learnt Wushu throughout my prmary sch life but teacher didnt let us buy the real one like the one she was using. Always wanted to buy one that suits me. Saw a few at the beach road Caesar ytd found a real nice one but cost $300 T_T... better start saving.

3)Playing maple/audition while doing homework? can train and do hw at the same time :D yi ju liang de. Wierd right? how pple like my age is still playing maple and audition. Well, they are fun if u know how to appreciate, and i only started last yr so i'll just continue until i get tired of it... which is not soon i guess since pple of 30+ yrs old are also playing.

4)Sometimes i find myself wearing long sleeves to go out with friends even if that was a HOT Hot day. I suppose i just like long sleeve shirts. Maybe influence from watching animes(u may say), but long sleeve shirt isnt without its advantages. Firstly, if we r going to to air-conditioned places, i can at least make sure that i wont get so cold that i just keep sneezing throughout the movie or something. Also, even in hot days, i can prevent over exposure to UV rays from sun, i dun wan to have skin cancer :P

5)I always admire those pple who actually participate in cosplay events and able to afford all those costumes and accessories. Thats y if i actually go to Japan or find some shop in Singapore that sells cosplay costumes, i am definitely going to buy one set for a fanboy's moe sake ><'

6) Last but not least.... my GREAT satisfaction from doing maths!!! Didnt think i'll miss this out would u? For someone like me who does have a passion for maths, to be able to continue maths in university would be a fabulous thing. Tdy's Sunday Times's Foxtrot comic will probably describe it :)

Yesterday was Weds (yes, i know u all know that...), and S03 had econs essay test based on BT1. Hope it went well... cos i studied quite little for it. CCA as usual, played bridge and I only won 1 or 2 rounds(cant rmb...). Play bridge then get all the pic cards and '2's ; play Taiti(dunno the sp.) then get all the small cards.... absolutely no luck... Wanted to join bridge com but no one wan to join with me, need a team of 4 u see...

Went Kovan with Shiwei and Weiyu to eat after that( dinner4 them, teabreak 4 me) at KFC(-_- unhealthy food) and walked around a bit b4 going back home. Spent the whole night digging out my med. record and filling NS particulars, didnt finish my maths paper in the end...

Tdy was a long day for me. Firstly, I GOT BACK my econs result FINALLY and i got an A!!! First time getting an A for econs, very happy :D Secondly, GP result was also back. Got a D... not very nice but still above 50 at last. Thirdly, got H3maths back also and YAY! got 46/50 Wohoo!! Tdy's 1st H3 geometry test was horrible, 1st question stuck half way, 2nd can only do part (i)... haiz... sure fail one...

Tdy was AJC Harmonica and Guitar concert. Late for concert bcos of SOMEthing and only watched the second half on winter and spring, but still managed to catch Ke Jun playing during the last piece, hehe. After that, went to look for the 09/06 pple and found whole bunch of them. Shi En, Juliana, Wei Hern and Tulip... really long time no see le...glad to see them at AJ... After that, we went to eat at Mian Dian at the new AMK HUB, not bad food although a bit ex, and also met Shiok Man at New York. The stupid 162 made me wait like 30 min b4 it came, met Wei Qi, and went home tgt.

Finally, pple, i need to say something abt time mangament and puntuality. For someone who knows that he needs more time to revise and understand topics, pls start earlier and not wait like one week b4 the exams and say rubbish like not enough time to revise , then push off some other stuff arranged with other pple just for own revision. Also, if u KNOW u got something on later e.g. a performance, pls do not go do some rubbish acticities e.g. playing soccer, after u are dismissed early and cause other pple to be late also, then give stupid excuses for lateness (like: Oh, i didnt know u r dismissed at 5.30), especially when u are reminded like 4 times(including the day b4). THIS is y i dun like to arrange stuff on the day itself, pple will start doing all sorts of rubbish and give me rubbish. N dun forget, when its ur fault, dun give rubbish attitude either.

[EDIT]: Aiya, actually i wasnt that angry lah, hehe, just wanted to make u all know that doing appropriate thing at appropriate time is impt and dun do it again :D

Thats abt all, this weekend will be very busy, filled with crappy hw and cant find time to do my own stuff...

After like 2 weeks + without blogging, i am back again at my own blog staring at my com when i am supposed to study for my H3 maths exam which is like just 9hrs away...

After studying in the holidays, block test results were horrible. SO far after getting back Maths, Physics and Chem, i got A, B, B.
SUPER careless in my physics... i use equations correctly but when i subst, i subst wrongly... e.g.s=ut+o.5at^2 after subst it became, 0=( ) +0.5( )t, which was like totally stupid lah. did the same thing for chem also haiz... Awaiting Econs and GP next week...

Spent whole of Fri and Sat and finally settled down to study H3 physics with Weiyu, at least H3 physics on Mon wasnt that bad, 34/45, just gotten my results 10 hrs ago :D
After stoning for like 1hr+after H3 physics tdy, i went for MO class which was on geometry. It was like a whole recap of what we did on thurs for H3 Maths(same teacher teaching afterall), plus what we r going to cover for the rest of the H3 geometry. Classes ended at like 6pm+ b4 i went to join NPCC guys for dinner.

Reached SJI only at abt 6.45 and went coronation plaza for dinner with Weiyu, Shiwei, Ronald, Weijin and Paul.(Srysry didnt realize u called me until u told me, shinyuu dakara...) Ate chicken chop, at the prince coffee shop and chatted until like 9pm b4 we left. Aparrently, ronald is going for his little vacation in tekong in just 13 days... next year will be our turn le :P

Finally, for all who read this... Wish me gd luck for my H3 maths exam!!!

Another post 2 weeks after the last one...

A lvls results were released last Friday, some J2s were happy and satisfied, others were sad and rather disappointed. For J1s, we got back our A lvl chinese paper we took last yr Nov. I got an A and a merit for Oral... not that I'm unhappy, but just a bit unsatisfied... Somehow, a lot of pple didnt do well for the A lvl chinese this yr in SA; Pple whom i expect to see them get a B got Ds instead lah and i know they definitely dont feel good abt it, not much can be done since it was released. For those who r retaking, u all must JiaYou ok... I am always quite free...

Went Shaun's house on Sat to teach maths... cant believe that we actually took one hr to cover partial fractions =_= ... after that weiyi also came and in the end i didnt do my hw at all...

Then came Tues, which i believe by now, all of u know abt the earthquake in Sumatra that day. SA experienced tremors significantly that day. During the 1st tremor, my class was like having physics and we were all doing physics quiz on DC circuits after an hr of tutorial. Suddenly, i was like feeling giddy and swaying side to side. AT first, i tot i was feeling dizzy from doing so much physics that day, then someone complained to the teacher that she was feeling dizzy then everyone said the same thing. Then, we followed our teacher and went down. Apperently even pple on the 1st floor could feel it. Everyone gathered at the field and took attendance 4 30 mins b4 going back 4 class.

Thats was still ok. Some pple were having Chem SPA during that time and they had to RESTART the whole thing 40 mins after the exp started. So all the Chem SPA schedule was pushed back, including ours from 1pm to 2pm, which was our last period of the day. OK, that was fine. Just at 2pm, we were going to walk into the Lab, the second tremor came!!! and we went down again for another 45mins standing in the hot sun, ending up having the SPA postponed to the next day.

Ytd Weds was CCA day but no CCA after our posponed Chem SPA, instead went for the H3 physics discussion thing which in the end only have 4 people, Junyi, Sheng Han, Wei Yu, and me, out of 20+ pple turning up and it took an hr until Shiwei fell asleep outside.Then went with Shi Wei and Wei Yu to PS to walk around to see Creative MP4 players. In the end, Weiyu didnt find the book he wanted and instead i bought a game magazine.

Tdy, pple from the 3 local universities came to give a talk and had a discussion forum. Then they gave out all kind of info booklets during the free period in canteen after that. Shall go for NTU and NUS open house on Sat and Sun... who wants to go with me? BTW, u find pple like to do the opposite when u tell them to do something. Tell them to call me early b4 4.30pm for dinner, they sms at 6.20pm. Clever, ei? The H3 DE modelling test wasnt as hard as i thought, could do them though i didnt study :P

Happy New Year Everyone!!!
Hope u all are enjoying the year of pig :)

Out on past two days, but will stay home on the 3rd day for relatives to come.... AND it coincides with GM Event on 4pm tdy! Wohoo!!! Thought i'll miss it a second time, fortunately not :D

Those of u out there, when r u all free? I want to go ur houses to bai nian also, will get more ang baos that way :P

Then, on Friday... lets just say something bad happen to me...(are wa bokutachi no warui desu, ano hito no sei jyanai...) putting that aside it was a fun day. Didnt manage to go back to SJI(sad...), went out to watch Ghostrider with the same gang (lazy to type already, u can refer to previous posts, haha...), some of us stopped by at Chum's house on the way, others went Jeremy's house. Never been to his new house b4, last time I went to his house(the old address, just a block away from mine) was like at P3, which is like 8 YEARS AGO!!! Met WeiHern at Cathay, also long time nvr see him, last time seeing him was on my way to NUS last year for Maths Olympiad, he was watching the same movie too, just one time slot earlier... WHICH we were supposed to watch but cos the other half of us were late, the we watch the later time slot. After that, went to join the 201 and 401 pple at Takashimaya along with ShiWei for dinner. Heard they had steamboat for lunch... sort of a relief i couldnt make it, otherwise there will be a big hole in my pocket... After that, had our usual T/D session, WHICH i hardly play BUT i greatly enjoy during 201 outings, hehe...

On another note, i realised that something was wrong since friday afternoon, just that i didnt know how to start the convo... oh well, tell me when u feel like it when i ask u again the next time...

Anyway, hope all of u get lots of ang pao and have a good year ahead!

Entering the 6th week of the term and I'm starting to get hogged by HW already...

Went back to SJI last Friday again, simply sat there for 2 hours, didnt do a single bit of homework... instead started planning out drafts wat to write 4 future posts... sort of lame... in the end didnt go with Ronald, Shi Wei and Wei Yu to Cafe Cartel along with other J1s as I was pretty short of cash and also my mother has cooked dinner already... Apparently on the other side, only 4 person went to Fish & Co. for SJI dinner also, lol...

Went to Love Fiesta at JJC on Sat with Shaun, Wei Yu and Chin Kuan... reached there half an hour earlier than the meeting time of 9a.m. then found Wei Yu inside Macs and Chin Kuan at the interchange and Shaun was like late... when he is like living quite close to Clementi... Took a bus to JJC and chatted a lot on the way there, and spent $10 on a ticket coupons. Very nicely decorated though the canteen is a bit crowded... Went to the haunted house and paid $6 for the thing. This is my second time actually going into the haunted house, last time was at AJC family day last yr :D. While waiting for our turn, we can hear screams of the girls who went inside for the trip, and it was like so funny lar, scream until so loud. The whole route was very dark... can't really see where u r going, except to follow the glowing sticks... really pity the girl who was acting as a mentally tormented person, she screamed so loud when we turned in to the corner, i was wondering she is going to lose her voice after doing that the whole day... Food wasn't really great but the shops they had selling merchandises were like real retail outlets at shopping malls. Later went to Jurong Pt for dinner and walked arnd b4 going home to wait for the com repairer to come.

My com was "spoiled" since last Weds when it refused to boot up when i tried to turn it on when i reached home. I repeatedly TRIED to turn on my com EVERYDAY after school and at night but to no avail. That day 3pm, IT WAS LIKE OMG LAH!!! The person came and the com immediately booted up when he press the "turn-on" button, thankfully it was free door-to-door consultation and i could play Maple again! Yay!

Tdy went to watch "The Inconvenient Truth" in GV Max at Vivocity as GP Movie screenning. Sch ended at 11.30am and played LAME games with my class 06S03 while eating lunch. When I say lame, it is SUPER LAME, the "4th item" and "open close" thing but still didnt get the sheep thing... spent like 1hr+ getting the 1st one correct lah...

Left School at 2.30 with WY, Jeremy, TL, JH, Jocelyn to accompany them fornch and Nigel and Chum joined us halfway at the hotdog place (forgot the name) b4 going for the movie. Fell asleep 4 10min halfway in the movie cos I was like very tired(slept at 2am last night) and the movie was a bit boring in the middle section... After that, I went for dinner with WY, Jeremy,Nigel, SW, Chum, Chong at Banquet and met Ashiq there as well. Went home and reached at 9pm...

to some "melon"s, pls be more sensitive to pple around u and think how ur actons affect others b4 carrying them out. dun assume wat u think others may know as a fact, it is still only a conjecture. iF u think that how u feel, i probably feel that at least twice as often. Blog post draft still under editing... will try to get them done after finishing all my other hw...

Very busy these few weeks... guess its just norm for JC2...

Barely passed the H3 physics test I had last Monday... 15 out of 30... highest only got 17/18...
Just had my H3 maths test on thursday... Extremely easy as my teacher had said... hope it turns out well...

Read an artical abt social surveillance(from VJC 2005 prelim), i feel that i am one of those kind of pple they describe... and i assure u its not gd to bear those costs urself, despite the hope for benefits...

Aside from that, my house is getting painted for the New Year, at least its getting less stinky that it was 1st painted last Sat... going to continue painting tmr(tdy rather). Bought some clothes for New Year also and they cost so much lah!!! $60 for Billabong T-shirt... Only managed to get 1 pair of pants though...

Went out with Shi Wei and Wei Yu last Friday after their training along with the JC1s and sec3s... ate at Carl's Jr and most pple cant finish their own meal... strange for pple who are of bigger size than me...

Went back to SJI on Friday also to see their Sec1 campfire and met Mdm Lee, my sec 4 chinese teacher, long time no see her already and she changed her hairstyle... went 4 dinner outside at PS with shaun and Jovian, with a surprising meet with the bunch of 402 guys there at Carl's, Chris, Daniel, Xuan Feng, Greg, Wen Yi, Mian Jun. Coincidentally, last friday, i met Yi Hui and this Friday met Sophina, wonder which one i will meet next from 6B???

1st post of the year

No need to tell me how long I have not posted on this blog. Playing throughout holiday has made me lazy to post anymore.

Rest of the holidays was spent playing, going out and, of course, finish up hols hw. New year has started and school has begun once more. Without PW and Cl, but with H3 Maths and Physics, timetable is still as packed.

Last year has been a year of disaster for me... in many aspects... so hopefully this new year will be a much better one... with A lvls coming up... Didnt do research on my previous bad luck though... whether is it the yr no., yr element, yr zodiac, etc. ...

I hope what happened last Sat will not happen again... again making me having slight depression and watched Evangelion whole series for the forth time...

Some of the pple had their H3 maths selection test this tues and I saw the qn paper. 1st 2 qn were like give away marks. They were on AP GP and Maclaurin's Series. 3rd on was the hard one. I did the paper for own practice and i took more than half an hr to solve the 3rd qn. See if u can do it :-) (something like that cant rmb full qn...) :-

3. Queen calls sir george, saying that, "Take these stakes and hammer them into the ground. The area enclosed by the stakes shall be the area of land u'll get. U have 24hrs to do so." Assuming that it takes sir george 1 min to hammer each stake and that he walks at a constant speed on the ground, find the no of stakes he should take to get as much land as possible. (U may use GC and assume that area formed by same no of stakes is largest when it is a regular polygon).

Had my chem lec test tdy, came late due to H3 physics, and I didnt know that the qn was change to "Name and outline the reaction" and i only named the reaction as ESR !!! Only saw that notice on the visualizer 1 min b4 the test ended =_=... haiz ... at leat i can do the rest with relative ease except i mixed up reaction of alc. and carbo. acid with Na2CO3 with Na...

No PE tdy also due to the downpour... thought that i forgot to bring umbrella, in the end found it at home in my bag. Dotz...

The title of the blog is SUPER random so dont bother abt it...

So long nvr blog also dunno where to start from...

Had another 201 outing last week. Went to eat French crusine with Jun How, Evan, Shaun and Jeremy. Had a three course meal which was considered cheap and almost everything was nice, except the appetisers(not to my taste). Wanted to bowl afterwards but was booked by other members of the club, so we went pool, but it was full also. As we waited 4 a table to finish (there was only 2 pool table btw), we went to the mini arcade on the 1st floor to play. Played Bubble puzzle, an exactly same version as the one I had on my Gameboy long ago, lost halfway frm the finishing pt. Others playing other game met with problems and had their money refunded twice. We then played pool 4 some time b4 we left to go karaoke.

Indecicive pple we were, we got on the bus that goes to the Party World at Bishan, then got off near AMK when we decided to go KBox. Played the Square Alignment game 4 the 2nd time to try to get the major prize. ARHHHH!!! ALMOST WON, lost at the last square, otherwise I could have gotten a PSP T_T. I'm better at 5566 and Jolin's song and some other songs which i believe others are familiar with also. Junhow left and eahy joined us4 the last few songs and dinner at AMK central.

This Monday, I just found the worse sport I'm in other than soccer -- Ice skating. Being someone who has never been on a ice-skating ring and nvr roller-blade b4, I was a TOTAL noob. Went there with Mei Lin, Yan Shan, Seow Wei and Mei Lin's friend(see, I so forgetful, so fast forgot her name already :P) to meet Lynn who was having lessons at the ice-skating ring in Jurong. Fell 5 times in total, still can't ice-skate well, last fall was disasterous, ice was melting, back of my pants and my gloves were wet and twisted my right wrist the wrong way, only felt much better ytd.

Tdy, went out with Shi Wei and Wei Yu to PS and played pool at Meridian for an hour plus. Then went to play arcade tgt. To fill up the time between then and dinner time, we went to PC Bunk to see pple play Audition and Maple Story :D. Had dinner at Long John Silver, long time nvr had a meal there and I tried the Treasure Meal which consist of a rice lettuce, 3 fried prawn and half a piece of chicken with black pepper sauce. Cheaper than the rest and tasty too.

Also played Chicken Invader 3 with VKWH this morning. Haha I 1st time playing also can win them, double the score of the second place. At the same time, realized that my com is in a hard-disk crisis. 57Gb out of 80Gb is occupied by my Anime-tachi, so i bought another 50 black CD to burn while i was out. Haiz... money disappearing like sublimation...

Told u I was too lazy to blog after mentoring camp...

Anyway, the camp ended pretty well with lots of fun. Though my grp(9) didnt win the best overall grp, we still won the Best Mascot Design award. Afterall, what do u expect? I was the mascot being designed on... This is my 1st time taking care of such big bunch of kids, with me being the only child. This was a good experience, showing how tiring it is to take care of over-energetic kids.

Went for swimming and bowling last thurs with 201 grp. Swam for 2hrs+ after not swimming for almost a yr, felt great swimming after such a long time. Had my best score at bowling that day as well. Had 4 spares during that game and 2 consec strikes at the last moment; pushing my score over 120. Had dinner at Sakura after that, which is a buffet, where eahy joined us. FIRST time having buffet in my whole life and never felt fuller with delicious food in my stomach b4.

Went to Shaun's house to play in the afternoon tdy, too bad Wei Yi couldn't join us. Apparently, he came back from M'sia yesterday night.

So far, hols has just been anime, maple, anime, maple, outing, anime, maple, anime, maple, outing...
Really must get on with work soon...
But can't get down to the mood of doing work at all... can someone motivate me?

Last tuesday marked the final end to our PW, after finishing our I&R and GPF. Obviously, everyone was happy :) Junyi was in a hurry to go back to Malaysia to meet his parents though. 8 of us Seng Yen, Elissa, Huiru, Mei Lin, Yan Shan, shean, Shuk Man and me had class lunch toether at PS after that. Yan Shan was getting herself scorched by chilli by eating that super hot TomYam ramen.

Following that, I was going to simply laze around at home playing Audition until i met Brendan at Bishan bus interchange. We were chatting and chatting until we talked abt game and somehow got onto the topic of Maple Story(I KNOW its lame). Then, when i got home i started playing maple story and found that I quite like it(quest+lvling up) and that's why I stopped playing audition for almost a week now...

Had our 2nd 201 gathering last friday at PS initially. Had lunch at KFC at 2 plus, due to some latecomers... then we wanted to play pool at Paradiz. However, some complained the tables available were too small(=not fun) so in the end we changed to play DotA at LAN. Rui chao, Sean, eahy and me were in one grp, while Evan, Keith, Shaun and Jovian were in the other. First time using Pugner and found it quite nice to use. Since I only play it like once a few months, i haven't got to try out all the characters...

After that, we went to Evan's house, after Ruichao and Keith left, to continue our 201 party. Jeremy came with all the majong set and PS and we played themm aaalllllll the way till late night. Shaun and Jov left, while the rest of us stayed for the night. And did I mention that Evan's coms are S L O W ? Cant play Audition on his com T_T Otherwise could have had a mini-tournament among ourselves... Played DDR for so long until jiao ruan already... We played majong and u know what? I ALMOST got a Shi San Yao, just short of 3 tiles... T_T We slept only around 6am and woke up at 7am(except Evan who was still snoring away, haha), quickly packed up and left, tried to play majong at yu yan's house unfortunately he was going out for fishing, so after that all of us went home, and most importantly get some sleep...

Today had 1st day of mentoring camp, frankly it's a bit tiring but i'll blog more abt the whole camp tmr(hopefully) when it ends. Also, sry guys, i didn't bring extra home clothes and my mother already cooked my share of dinner so i couldn't go with u all tdy after the camp... tmr if u all r going out again i'll definitely go with u all, ok?

Oh yah, did i say that i don't know how to set up a tag? Would appreciate it if someone help out around this area...

Need to sleep to replenish energy...

First thing to say is: PW OP is OVER!!!
I'll talk abt that later on...

Tuesday, was the PW OP eve for me but I was still very free. Went back to SJI in the afternoon to look at NP training, as in how is it, plus to get something back. Shi Wei was having OP the next day like me but he didnt go back(despite being a CI), so only Wei Yu and Johnsten was there. Really have to say that the standard of the squads r getting worse. Being Sec 1s, they cant fall out properly, cant do berhenti properly and can't even give the full turning commands. Recalling my sec1 b4 I was taking my 3rd class drill badge, we were just revising these things, and we had to learn the commands for rearranging the ranks of the squad. Sigh... When Sec2s were doing their push ups, they were putting their rifles ON their hands... omg... I'll like to see them do that for a real rifle...

Met, Daryl there who was doing his I&R in the annex. Helped to clarify the criteria of I&R for him and talked quite a bit abt Biology somehow. So, in the end the whole NP seem to end up doing drills the whole training and Mr Lee said quite a bit of stuff to the Unit. Seems like there are many things for CI to improve the unit on... Went home with Wei Yu, and accompanied him to borrow a book at Bishan library on the way. First time entering the building after passing by it so many times... New and clean as expected... and there were individual cubicles for readers to use for reading purposes. Haven't taken a closer look at the maths section though, I'll do it the next time i go.

Then, Weds was OP day. My grp was the first grp and I guess everything went well for my grp. All 5 of us were asked only 1 qn, hope I didnt look at my que cards too much... still need to come back on 15th at 10am for GPF and I&R... Went home immediately after lunch. Playing Audition and got the new patch with the Beat Up mode! All of u must really try this game!!! After 14th, holidays will finally start and I'll begin on finishing my Hw as soon as possible b4 Dec.

Had this very SiCk dream last night abt some pool... argh... Played throughout tdy for relaxation purpose...

AH... Tsubasa Chronicles is ending... T_T New season will start some time next year if i'm not wrong...

Read someone's blog post on how perspectives of friends towards each other can differ by a lot and personally i agree with it. U urself may see someone as ur best friend but he/she doesnt look upon u the same way and it hurts u when u find out abt it. Thats y some pple nvr put 100% trust in friends cos they experience such things b4. But there is really nothing u can do abt it, except to move on with life and treat it as another experience.

Oh ya and the earphone for my MP3 player is spoilt, only music no singing, need to get a new one...
Also, Happy belated birthday to Wei Yi!!! Next time 201 meeting must celebrate ur bday together, ok?

Cant rmb much what happened from Mon to Weds... only rmb Mon went back to sch to practise OP with my grp in sch, Tues stayed home did nothing.

Weds was OP 2nd dry run, after that went to watch The Guardian with Ashiq, Nigel and Shi Wei. Aparrently, Shi Wei was crazy that day, he was released early and went to watch another movie with his class first, when we agreed in the first place to watch movie after OP. In the end, he was late and we decided to watch The Guardian in the end. Frankly, I was displeased with his time management and him actually watching 4 hrs of movie in a row. It's bad 4 ur eyes, u know.

Thurs, finally found time to go Vivocity with my mother, bought good seats for Death Note, and enjoyed nice 2 hrs in the theatre. MUST watch the sequel Death Note: The Last Name!!! Didn't really study for Chinese exam the next day and watched more anime instead...

Fri, the A-lvl MT examinations. Was rather feeling unwell in the morning, for the first half an hour of the exam, I was feelng giddy and wrote my essay rather slow compared to normal speed. BUT the essay was alright, wrote a Yi Lun Wen, shouldn't get too low for that. Paper 2 was easy. In my opinion, the third passage was a rather well written piece, amusing at the same time as I read it. Hope I do get an A for A-lvl chinese. After that, I went to Suntec City with Wei Yu, Brendan and E Chum for lunch at... ... Kopitiam. Was going to the shop which Chum said was selling swords, but found that it was closed for some reason...

We went to the shop that was beside the Cinema selling figurines... lots of StarWars stuff, the others were rather excited... never watched a single Star Wars movie(or read a single book either) myself so was just walking around until i found something in the display outside the shop... an Evangelion Shougoki model with all the possible weaponry it can carry, costing $100. That's a WOW. I thought evangelion models are like extinct in Singapore since its like a ten-yr-old anime, nvr thought to see one in Suntec...

At first after Nigel joined us we decided to watch covenant, then Shi Wei who was again going to come was again late. Tell me, who takes 1 hour 10 mins just to travel from Orchard to Suntec? Totally ridiculous... So we changed to watching Flushed Away, despite Brendan having his curfew at 6. Meantime, we walked around the same floor and once again reignited the moe within me. 4 rows of those capsule machines, abt 200 of them. Those which i am really interested in cost $4 each, sadly i was low on cash that day emptied my wallet for that movie. There was also a shop beside that sells anime models. Again, what did i see?! Another Evangelion model onsale! This time it's a WOW. It's a limited painted edition of shougoki costing $370!!! If I had the money, i will sure come here to buy it. Saw loads of other Gundam models, some that I'm interested in costs $100 each and there was this rather big scale DOM Trooper that costs $700. Wonder who will buy it? Then there was this very interesting new stuff we saw. New generation of Jie Lian Huan(what do u call that in Eng?) in all exquisite shapes and sizes and name for each of them, but rather expensive $16 each.

OK. Finally, Shi Wei arrived and with Lynette. So, we had to buy another ticket for her. *sigh* U now know why he takes more than an hr to travel 3 MRT stops to Suntec... Movie was very enjoyable with the laughter and hilarious scenes. After the movie, I left with Brendan for home. Long day...

Sat, pretty much doing nothing. Playing Audition alone at home... cooked lunch for myself... watched anime in my own room... then followed by dinner and sleep...

Went to my cousins house, played Audition again... Realized that I haven't edited my I&R since that 1st draft. Almost forgotten abt it... Shall edit it tmr...

Tmr, having another OP practice with my grp mates.. last one b4 the actual OP...

My whole holidays are free, save for a few days like mentoring camp and CIP, so feel free to call me out anytime, else i'll just rot at home...

Thursday was the last day of school. Only had maths and chem lecture in the morning. Later, I waited for the rest of the SJI pple to gather b4 we left to eat lunch at Fish and Co. (From someone's blog) They were "fooling around" in the SC b4 going "to find Jia Hao before he started doing maths again...", LET me tell u this if u had told me that u all were going to the SC room, u wouldn't have found me doing my DE maths tutorial alone while tending over ur bags... pls use ur commonsense... Anyway, we reached Fish and Co. and the place was all prepared and decorated for Halloween with special Halloween menu... 7 of us, including ShiWei, WeiYu, Ashiq, Brendan, Jeremy and Nigel, ate first b4 we were joined by E Chum, Chong and Brian. We were all talking crap as usual...

After we finish our lunch, all of us plit up and ShiWei, WeiYu, Ashiq, Brendan and I went to walk around in Cathay. Ashiq and I walked in the gallery showing the History of Cathay while three of them were playing X-box in the Adidas shop. Ashiq left after that, while the rest of us went to play pool for abt an hr b4 travelling to J8 to have dinner. Coincidentally, met Elissa and Shiok Man outside GV and they were going to watch Death Note(Arhh... I still havent watch it...) after band practice... Waited and watch ShiWei while he got his hair cut after dinner there b4 going home. This is one of the days i spend sooo much money in a single day.*sigh*

Yesterday was Physics Olympiad Selection Test. Left home very early to go NUS to have lunch there and happen to meet the rest of the scholars on the same MRT train we were taking. Qns were horrible... I'll be surprised if I got through... Met Varun, Zhuang Mao and WeiYi there who was also taking the test... and also Eugene who was in my 1st 3 months class in AJ... Wei Yi and I left abt 2h 15 min after the start of paper. The paper had a total duration of 4h but half the pple left within 1st 2 hrs...

Wei Yi and I went to Jeremy's house together fora 201 gathering, couldnt get PeiWei to go with us cos he's sick... When we reached, Shaun was already there playing Audition(found to be a very nice game to play) with Jeremy. Later, Rui chao and Evan came also after much persuasion... Dinner was a feast for me... Cards, Dance Dance Revolution, majong, we played late till 12. Shaun and Wei Yi left to go home early. Rest of us stayed on to play... until there was no more puplic transport services available and we decided to stay over... played Ungame until like 3.30 in the morning before going for 3 hrs sleep.

Used Audition as a method of waking myself up and had breakfast at Jeremy's house also. Took a long time to wake Evan up from his beauty sleep... Time flies when u have fun... We continue playing DDR and Cards and b4 u know it it was noon and we went home[for me, to have lunch :)]. Thank You So Much to Jeremy for letting us have so much fun at his house!!! Hope 201 chalet can be organised soon!

Pretty tired just now and slept for 2 hrs, completely missed my anime shows... Watched anime on my com after dinner until just now when I decided to blog. Its nearly 1 am now and I need to sleep... I'll "clean" up my OP slides tmr...

1st OP Dry Run

Today was the 1st PW OP dry run. It went pretty well except that my question response wasnt well-done(as usual) ... and the whole thing ended at abt 12 something. After that, Mei Lin showed us a video made by herself, dedicated to 06S03. Thanks alot for making this video btw and putting in so much effort into it, i felt much better after watching it also...

Attendance at the Maths lecture this afternoon wasnt surprising. Many people left immediately after OP and didnt come for lecture. Congrats to these pple who earned themselves a DC right on the first week of next yr.

For some reason, I think that i'll be much poorer than now after tmr...
D-Gray Man is SOOO interesting!!! MUST watch! Hmm.. havent watch Death Note Movie though... wanted to watch on tues but Vivo city was too crowded (I saw Gerald and Mr Khoo there also)...

Last friday seems almost like our last day of school. Normal class as usual, then after lunch, had 2 hrs of physics crash course on quantum physics and followed immidiately by another 2hrs of H3 differential equations. After that, I'll only have sch on weds and thurs next week and its hols!!! Of course, there is still
PW OP and chinese A-lvl...

Sat did PW presentation slides with my group at Macdonald in Boon Keng. Doing PW and chatting about Goong and other crappy stuff at same time... then we shifted to the scholars hostel to get internet connection... First time entering another hostel, other than the CJ one. Take a look in the boys' bedroom and u will get the shock of ur life. I will NEVER live in such a messy room. Putting that aside, we finished the last bit of our OP slides. Met Ashiq there who is also doing PW, so we left together and took a little detour to J8 b4 going home. Surprisingly, met Sophina on the bus while on my way home. Havent seen her like for 10 months...

Played through the whole sunday... alone on my com...

Today, I went back to SA with PW group members to practise OP. We finalised the slides and practised twice. Feel a bit more reassured about OP now, but still got 2 dry runs this n next week. Then, as I was playing my com(again), Wei Yi asked if i was free to go out for dinner with them. Very sorry that i couldn't go... I wanted to but cos my mum has already finished preparing dinner and has cooked my share so cannot... next time call me earlier ok?

Money not Enough

Yesterday was JC Open House. I wasnt really involved in any of the events so Shi Wei, Wei Yu and I simply just went to SAJC to walk around to see what's there. Then, since it wasn't lunch time yet, We went to AJC open house and show them around the compound. I met quite a few of my old classmates and OG-mates and feel nostalgic to be back there and chat with them for a while.Ate lunch at AMK central... b4 going 4 bowl at Yishun?! Yea, i know its quite wierd to go so far just to bowl, but at least its still convenient 4 me to go home from there. I'm so poor that Wei Yu had to treat me to bowling, haiz...

Today is my cousin's wedding banquet, biao ge to be more specific. Congrats to him and his bride who are married. Of course, this also meant delicious food 4 me to eat (and a few kg gained). Reached home just b4 12midnight and decided to blog, after realizing that i haven't post for almost a week.

Gotten almost all my promo results except 4 econs, which i am getting on Monday. Terrible GP, Chem needs more work... To those who got better results 4 GP and out there preparing to suan me, i have 3 words 4 u "Urusai! Urusai!! Urusai!!!"

Cultural Day

Today's Cultural Day at SAJC. Pretty lame actually. Ethnic instrument performances... seen lots of them back at SJI already, nothing new...

Saw Daniel Soh in the cultural centre, apparently came to crash bcos there was no lesson for him today. Then there was this series of short video, including the careless whisperer, they were all pretty interesting, having some sort of moral behind each of them. There was also this skit on the history of Singapore and a pair of enemies making up to becomes friends again. Finally, the most BORING item is a fitness talk. the things heard at the talk wasnt very useful; All were on why u should exercise and the benefits from doing it.

After the whole thing ended, went to eat at Macs with Wei Yu, Jeremy and E Chong, b4 going to PS to accompany Weiyu to buy his Star Wars bk. Just learned today that Wei Yu read bks at an incredible speed, can finish one bk in half a day... amazing isnt it?

Didnt really feel like blogging today actually... but since i dont feel like sleeping right so i thought i'll just *yawn* come and blog for a while b4 *yawn* i get tired and go to sleep.

Some thing came to my mind just now... but i dont feel like typing it down right now... maybe i'll type it tmr or a few days later...

Hope that 201 chalet can be fixed soon! Really feel like going out and stayover for a night...

Promos were over as of yesterday, 6 Oct, 10 a.m. 2006.
To sum up the last two papers... Maths wasn't difficult at all( I can hear pple saying" bcos u r JH wat...", but I'll just ignore that) except for the Max&Min prob, I am still quite puzzled as to why I couldn't prove the thing given... Econs was still managable. I didn't study very thoroughly in detail but i was able to aswer most the question properly.

Went to watch Miami Vice at Cathay with SJI pple after lunch at PS. The movie wasn't very nice, the very old sort of story plot with graphics u can probably get at a LAN shop, playing CS. I found a few make-up errors here and there, like: after some people were shot, there was not a single drop of blood except a wound that is red in colour, those which u get after geting paper cut. Not worth the money, somemore watch on Fri, the expensive day. OK, so i went to play pool with Shi Wei, Wei Yu, Nigel and Brendan afterwards and LAN after Brendan left for some stuff. Crazy game that went on for more than an hr...

Today, woke up at 6am and went to Sentosa with 402 pple, mostly, other than Mark Ong and Greg Tan. Some people didnt come due to HAZY reasons. We had a fun time playing touch rugby. Left early with Augustine who had to go to tuition, for lunch. Yogatta... minna wa mada genki ne...

Met with barely half of 06S03 for class outing after that. Can't say i'm surprised by the turnout, afterall this IS S03, but at least a considerable no. came. Played bowling then arcade, decide not to pool due to cost reasons.
Didn't went bowling though, rather went on arcade game rampage. Haven't play that much arcade since March, frankly... missed out one one though - HotD 4. $2 each credit, cant afford that luxury.. will try again sometime later... probably next week? Anyway, recently found quite a few thing which I want to buy and still need to save up for Heroes V expansion at end of yr, money not enough...

Tmr going to my cousin's house, prob playing 5 hrs straight of heroes V again :)
Ah, and I just realized a few hrs ago that Death Note Anime epi 1 is out already!!! Can't wait to watch the movie when it gets shown in Singapore in abt a week's time :)

Yesterday's chem paper was a disaster. Didnt manage to complete the second part, especially qn4.

Today's physics paper wasnt that good also. Second part was quite easy, but MCQ in the first part was horrible. There were some qns that require long workings, hence no time to finish them.

Nevertheless, I shall look forward to maths paper tmr, hoping they come out something less boring :)

Didn't blog yesterday or earlier today simply bcos I was playing Heroes V the whole time...

Yesterday's chinese paper was pretty ok. Wrote an argumentative essay on gambling and paper 2 was on , and . The 3rd one was very interesting, u all really should read it. Then, went for lunch b4 going 4 a walk in PS with SJI pple.

3 days of consultation commences today... Proper revision for Chem will start tmr... Hopefully can finish it within 3 days... but no one here to study with...

Also, it's the last episode for Ouran Koukou Host Club!!! : ( Hope that someday series 2 will come out!

Btw, seeing me online on MSN doesnt mean i'm in front of the com screen, i may be doing other things like playing com... but i'll reply asap...

Just to write a short post...

Today was GP paper. At least paper 1 came out something which I am more familiar about. I wrote on " Should cigarettes and smoking be completely banned in Singapore?" btw. Paper 2 (on drug legalisation) was quite a disaster. Hard to find pts for summary, AQ wasn't as easy as I wanted it to be...

Tmr is chinese, so it shouldn't be too hard. Nevertheless, study hard and gd luck to those having promos.

Didn't have any time to blog for almost 2 weeks, was doing tutorials and PW every day late into the night... feeling very tired in school nowadays...

Last PE lesson today before Promos next week... and of all the games we just had to play soccer...
Never liked soccer... always will get injured some way or another when I play soccer, this time got hit right at that pt... then got hit in the face by the ball... kurushii...

Really pity the physics lecturer in the advance group... He only had 7 students to lecture yesterday, 6 for today and the rest simply went for revision at the normal lecture group. Still learned a lot though, on electromagnetism and AC, doubt he will repeat the lecture for those absent though... Not sure if i want to go for a second H3 in physics(NTU). Not likely though. 1stly, my timetable wouldnt be able to fit in; 2ndly, not really interested in the topics going to be taught; 3rdly, though its not very far(just at NJC/HCI), but I am simply lazy to fill in the application form just to travel there for 1hr of lesson.

On a happier note, i finally passed GP AQ for the first time, getting 6/8. Hope promo GP wouldnt be very difficult.
Managed to settle down and study chem seriously for the past few days... hope i can finish studying all the chem and econs topic contents in time...

Next monday is GP, tues is Chinese, weds,thurs and fri are consultation days{in other words, holidays}, maybe i should plan out what to study during that period... probably study in a group, else i will get all distracted by staying at home alone the whole day...

Getting sleepy... last day of school tmr before promo starts... need to turn in already... oyasumi...

Oh well, another day has passed and I absolutely refused to do anything cos it's my birthday today, though I still have 2 Physics, 2 Chem tutorial and 1 Eng compre waiting for me to finish...

Surprisingly, the first birthday greeting I received was from Jason (no ill intention here). Throughout the whole day, I recieved birthday messages(chronologically) from Jason, Mei Lin, Shi En, Pei Wei, Elissa and Jeremy Chan(6 only, if u can count). Only one wasn't in message form, who called me to wish me happy birthday, and I have to thank him for calling me even though he was busy. Of course, I must also have to say a big thank you to all who remembered this one-in-a-year special day for me and gave their best wishes.

Have to say that this is like the 4th consecutive year where my birthday falls during the Sept hols, so can't really expect much(high hopes= high disappointment). Also, this is the probably my first birthday spent without a proper birthday cake(at least 1kg), guess I don't really need one since there is like only 3 person at home(can't finish the cake) and I'm already 17. One more year to enjoy before the A-lvl+NS-dread comes...

Like all other days, this day is coming to an end, probably the most inproductive of the whole Sept hols...

Nothing much happen today actually...

Had GP lecture from 9am for 2.5 hrs b4 going for class lunch at broadway... when leaving saw Shi Wei's class coming for lunch at the same place when Econs lecture is due to start in 20 mins. Being one of the first few who got into the CC for Econs lecture, we were also the first few to realize and feel the wrath of heat in side a CC without air-con. Totally terrible and stuffy. Econs lecture was delayed slightly bcos of that, as the teachers were finding a way to turn on the air-con.

Couldnt find anything to do after the lectures, I went home straight away and reached home in less than 45min. Judging from what I see, I can deduce that nearly no one except Meilin remembered. What do u expect from busy pple in the cities nowadays? Afterall, that's what service like Friendster and Ringo are for.

Finishing up my maths hols hw(128 qns, nice number 2^7) at last...

Haven't post for a long time bcos past few days have been pretty uneventful...

Just realized that my pre-paid card had zero value last Thur, so I finally topped-up my card on Fri first time in six months since I got my first hp.
Went shopping with my mother on Sat, found another pair of shoes which I like but it was very expensive.
On Sunday, went to my cousin's house and played Heroes V for nearly the whole day.
Monday was a tidy-up day for tidying my room, files, bags, etc, only got started with hols hw that night 9pm.

Have been staying in the house for most of the day since Monday. 22 hrs out of 24 hrs in a day, I am in my own room either doing hw, watching anime or sleeping. 1 hr is for going out to have lunch. Another hr for eating dinner in the living room+toilet breaks+bathing. Basically, I've been like locking myself in my room for the past few days, including today. What could happen if a person is alone in the house for 4 consecutive days -- basically nothing, except for a call from Kent. That's why I said that the past few days are uneventful and I didn't feel like blogging for so long.

There is GP and Econs make-up lesson tmr. Hope it will be a more interesting day tmr.

Teachers' Day Celebration

This morning was raining very heavily like yesterday afternoon; there were traffic jams and I reached school later than expected. Venue for ACES workout was changed to CC which was very cramped. Have to say a well-done job to all teachers who joined in the work out. This at least showed the teachers' enthusiasm to have fun and mingle with the student crowd.

The concert was generally well-done. After that bee joke at the racial-harmony concert, another lame joke on corn&porridge was given by the MCs when the AVA system was being set up.
Cant fully rmb all the performance... First-time seeing SA cheerleading performance and its pretty good... The duet was very well sung by the scholars... The mass dance of diff generation on stage was very interesting... Dance by the 4 dancers, including John, was pretty good too, in terms of their techniques... dance by the Dance society was ok... gymnastics was a bit too short in my opinion... and the final dance "Revolution" was also very refreshing and the costumes were also quite nice.
Throughout the concert, 10 awards (as sashes) were given out to nominated teachers who had the most votes, and it was fun to see the prizes which they got. The only real prize was the last award where the teacher got a very big teddy bear as the award.The whole concert only ended at about 11am.

After that, I went straight away to SJI to meet the others and see the teachers. Wei Yu's class had some sort of cake for their form tutor, so he had stay back for awhile. But Shi Wei wanted to go back to SJI as fast as possible, and in the end (from what i see) had that slightly-pissed-off look all the way walking from SAJC to the bus-stop. Sometimes when this kind of discrepancies occur, wo fei chang nan zuo ren ni zhi dao ma? Reached SJI pretty fast... many of the 402 pple were already there and we gave presents to Mrs Chern in the canteen, where she got smudged by cake by her form class and went hysterical being "disfigured". Went to staff room to find Ms Goh and the whole class chatted for nearly an hour about "how's life going on" kind of stuff, it felt good to hear how everyone has been since we last met, whether for better or the worse, I bet has learnt something from those experiences. We also saw Mrs Woo, Mr Kuang and Mrs Lim. After that, we (Wei Yi, Pei Wei, Rui Chao, Shaun and I) went to talk to Mrs Chern for a while more before leaving for PS to eat lunch.

Wanted to eat at Pastamania with Shi Wei, eahy, Tsun Wang and Linus Tan, but Pei Wei didnt want to eat it so we went to eat at Burger King. Surprisingly met Jin Ken and few of his other friends there. We haven't seen each other since AJ family day carnival in term two... Soon after, Justin, Hoong Khit and Eugene Chow cam to meet us up and we started crapping as a group of SJI people as usual. We were then joined by eahy, Tsun Wang and Linus Tan, while Shi Wei went to play pool (or intended to) with Wei Yu. Hoong Khit and Eugene went to play pool while Justin left for his tuition. Rest of us decided to leave at 3.40pm to do something else but ended standing+stoning and crapping for another 10 mins b4 we decided on what to do afterwards.

There was 3 choices for the 8 of us: Go play pool with Hoong Khit, join Shi Wei, or go home. Pei Wei wasn't feeling well so he went home with eahy and Linus. Beauty World was too far from my house so I decided to join Shi Wei, while the rest left for pool with Hoong Khit. Found that my hp had zero stored value left, so I used shaun's phone to call Shi Wei to find out where was he and Wei Yu. He told me he was at Paradiz and at "dunno which" centre but not the same one we went ytd, telling me to call Wei Yu to confirm. Called Wei Yu twice and he didn't even pick up once. So I walked and reached Paradiz at 4pm. I visited every single Shop I could find there and walked around it as though I was window-shopping in a shopping mall but I couldnt find them. I couldn't call then cos my hp had no value left. Wo xiang xin ta men hai zai na li suo wo you zai mei jia dian sou suo le yi ci, xiang xin jiu suan wo mei jian dao ta men, ta men ye zhi shao hui kan jian wo jing guo. Nothing much happened during the weekend really... just doing my dutorials and essays...

Learnt this year's ACES day exercise on Monday. Not exactly fantastic, not as fun as the previous year's, but still quite ok.

Had fun at Cha Yuan on Tuesday, when my class went there for tea-session. The people there told us the origin of Yu Lan Pen and taught us the types of tea and how to make tea. Had hands-on tryig to make tea, somehow it's a bit too bland... but the tea-egg and ice-cream puff were nice though.

Today, I was late for school for first time in my life!!! Never been late to school in Pri or Sec school or in first 3 months... and it seems to bring me back to the subject i talked to some people earlier...
Didn't have CCA in the afternoon... so went out with Shi Wei and Wei Yu in the very-big-will-get-you-wet rain to go eat and PS before going off to play. Then, we had dinner together at 7 before going home. btw, abt the anime aspect of me, this is the third time i've heard that comment already... n pls, no FMM...

To all who are feeling slightly, a bit or very sad out there: sadness is merely the trough of a sine curve, while the crest will almost certainly follow afterwards. Everyone will go through such a period of sadness/ST depression sooner or later and get out of it one way or another, so don't worry too much. I find myself having been through such situations many times is sort of getting immune to it nowadays... Do seek help from those around u if u find urself really unable to cope with ur feelings, dont bottle them up in ur heart, or it will burst when u cant take.

Just finished my I&R 1st draft 15 min ago... need to pass up tmr...
Going back to SJI straight after SAJC Teachers' Day concert... hope will see the others there...

Feeling very hun hun chen chen in the head these few days... finally, another weekend has arrived for resting...

Had the 1st Strategy club meeting this wednesday after the new EXCO stepped up, and i believe was Shi Wei and Wei Yu's first time coming to Strat club meeting. Never played reversi for a long time already, Wei Yu lost terribly to me, and I managed to win Pei Wen by a margin of 2 pieces. After that, I accompanied Shi Wei and Wei Yu to PS to eat and simply walk around b4 going home.

Today's Learning Journey was not much of a learning experience. S03, S10 and Ms Tan's class went to URA(Urban Redevelopment Authority) for this Learning Journey. Since I came here during Sec4 for a Geog field trip, nothing was really new to me. Still, the most amazing thing people find are still the landscape model of Singapore and the most amazing thing to me is how crazy and desperate people can be in trying to answer questions wrongly.

After that, I went back to SAJC for my first H3 maths lesson. Ms Sim managed to finish the whole H2 differential equations topic in 2hrs and said that we can get started on H3 syllabus next term onwards. Btw, I hope that the school would teach all 3 optional topics: Combinatorics, Plane Geometry and Graph Theory. I have never been very good at geometry, so if I had to choose, I would not choose Plane geometry for sure.

Need to complete lots of homework this weekend, but at least i can get a bit more sleep...

I guess pple shouldn't read my blog since my GP teacher, Mrs Chong, say that depression is contagious...

Wanted to post early last week but I was very busy and had no time to do so...
Wanted to post on last weekend but bad things happen one by one, so was in no mood to do so...
In the end, didn't blog for amost 2 weeks, till now...

First and foremost, I must offer a very BIG apology to all my PW grpmates. I will try to solve this problem and bear all the costs myself. I hope all of you can forgive me.

Secondly, went pooling with Shi Wei and Wei Yu again last Wed and Sat. Simply, dont feel like staying at home these few days...

Thirdly, in response to Shi En's comment few weeks back, my answer is yes...

Amount of thoughts and feelings in my brain is fitting to burst... having bad headaches and insomnia every now and then... maybe I'm more like Shinji than I had imagined...

Managed to recall the first dream of the year sometime last week...
Hope it comes true like some of my other dreams...
that will probably ease my pain by a certain amount...

201'03 Outing

First time blogging so early... since there is no new anime for me to watch...

Yesterday was our 201'03 outing. I left home at abt 10.20am and reached there at abt 10.50am. As usual, I'm the first one to reach and the next person, Wei kann, didnt come until abt 11.00am. Then came Evan and Shaun and we went to eat at Carl's Jr, followed by the arrival of (in chronological order)Sean, eahy, Rui Chao and Justin.

After lunch, we went to Star Factory for arcade game. Had real fun playing the Mario racing, managed to get 1st on my 1st play. Not bad. Then we went to someplace to play LAN. Initially, they wanted CS, but Evan, Shaun, eahy and I managed to persuade them to play DotA instead :). Rui Chao was supposed to go for his PW interview after 1hr of LAN but his group members told him dont need to go already, and after applying some peer pressure on him he finally succumbed and broke his own promise of not to play DotA EVER again. In the end, he still seems to be very good at it and he was the one shouting the loudest while playing the game ^_^ ".

After DotA, we were pretty undecided on what to do next. As many of them have other commitments, we didnt have dinner together and went home instead. Ate dinner on my own since my mother wasnt cooking that day and I had chicken chop at KFC. Reached home abt 6.30pm, after sorting out every single misc. stuff, did my 2 GP AQ for like 2 hrs until 11pm. SO, I studied for only 1 hr for my econs CT today, b4 turning in.

Fortunately, today's econs wasnt too bad. Most of the qns were set on D&S, which I studied pretty thoghrough and CPE only consist of a small part. After school, I heard that there was strategy club meeting today from Shi Wei and it turned out to be only for EXCO members. So went with Shi Wei and Wei Yu to play pool before Tak Ng (don't know how to spell, saw him quite often in SJI but never knew his name till today) joined us. Went home while Wei Yu stayed for 409 outing and here I am continuing blogging from where I left off in the morning...

For those who didn't come for the 201'03 yesterday, u better have a good reason for not coming...

154th Anniversery SJI AP

Didn't blog this last night since i came home very late(at abt midnight) and very tired...

Yup, yesterday was SJI's 154th Anniversery AP and also the 5th AP I've attended since Sec 1.
I arrived at SJI at 4.45 and met LOTS of people like:

AP was as usual. Speeches, Prize-giving ceremony, march-past, changing of command, not to forget the free food. Somehow feel that this yr many of my classmates didnt come, instead overwheming no of NPCC people came back, whom i have not met for a long time. Also, this yr's passing-out SI Jian Da was particularly sneaky, who managed to escape throwing-ice-cream on him by acting angry, so he wasnt that badly screwed as Pei Wei last yr.

Han Kwang and others disappeared into thin air during the short moment when I was at the HQ and went to play LAN. Later, Shaun and I went to eat Steamboat+BBQ with Wei Yu and Shi Wei at Marina to celebrate Ronald's last day as CI. The 4 of us took one taxi there, and there was this GIGANTIC jam on the road around Bras Basah area, that in the end the taxi ride took 1.5 hours to reach our destination.

We arrived at the place at abt 9.45pm and were told that the bill chalked up to $144... Shi Wei wasn't very happy of course but we quickly got over that problem and got free pepsi ice-cream for each of us. Luckily, I didnt share the same steamboat with Ronald and those sitting with him; they actually dropped nearly whole bowl of butter into the water, which gave the water an unimaginable taste. My steamboat was fine though, since Kenneth and I was doing most of the cooking, the food turned out pretty OK.

We ate until 11pm b4 going to take the bus to marina MRT station. Waited until 11.20 and found that the bus is absolutely full, so we decided to walk QUICKLY to the MRT to catch the last train at 11.45pm. Ronald almost got himself killed by dashing across the road, barely stayed alive bcos the car stepped on full brakes and avoided collision. We sprinted like mad for the last part of the walk right into the MRT station. I havent had almost any form of formal PE for like 3 weeks due to my LTMC, and the sprint certainly serve as a good workout. Unfortunately, only Shi Wei, me and another Sec2 managed to get the train. The others went back by another later train. So in the end, I reached home around midnight and slept at 1am.

This morning woke up at 10am and still feelling very sleepy and had a very unproductive morning. Went to shop at Orchard road in the afternoon with my parents and my mum finally got me a crumpler sling bag!!! After that, we went to have dinner at Pizza Hut by WALKING from Wisma Atria to PS b4 going home to watch NDP parade live on TV.

As I just said, I had a very unproductive day yesterday and today and still have a class outing tmr, i need to rush out my GP compre by tonight... so i'll end my post here and go do hw instead of doing rubbish in front of my com.

NPCC PoP

Wanted to blog in the morning but decided not to... stilll feel tired despite having 8 hrs of sleep...

Had my H3 maths selection test after school yesterday... it was a disaster.
Two qns: 1 on Binomial expansion and summation, another on AP GP and MI
Could only answer binomial and MI part...
all I can do now is to hope that i can get into H3 maths...

After that, I went to SJI to see the Passing-out Parade for the Sec4 NCOs.
Jian Da passed his SI post to Wei Jin, and Donavan's DySI post to Paul, frankly speaking this was quite expected from what I observe last yr when I was an NCO... too bad Shi Wei went off early for Dance Rapture early and didnt stay for PoP...
Saw Mr Lee Lye Hin and Mr Karl Lee also... and I only just realised that there is a new TO for NP this yr...
After PoP, I went to eat dinner with Wei Yu, Han Kwang and Ronald at Coronation Plaza, where all of us found out that all LAN shops have closed down already. Met Nigel at the Western food place, where we had dinner, also.

This is the day when I play LAN and DOTA for the second time in my life. Still remember the 1st time I played was with Wei Yi, Evan, Xin Lin and Wen Hao at Coro Plaz. Much better than last time, at least i didnt get killed like 10 times in a game, and somehow I have like 8000 gold after every game unused, which amazed Han Kwang pretty much...
Sort of reminded me of the days when i was a bit crazy abt Warcraft II when graphics were still 2D. Wasnt used to the keys and graphics at first, but seem to get used to it after like playing other 3D games during the June Hols...
Have to stress that playing it in a dark environment like a LAN shop is bad for eyes, my left eye feels like slightly swollen this morning after playing nearly 3 hrs last night...

Apparently, I found a very curious trend in JC, pple like to ask "do you have a girlfriend?" . I found that after my CTs, there will be at least 1 person a week who ask me this question. Anyway, i find no obligation to answer this qn to anyone when those pple do not answer me truthfully when i ask the same sort of qns. Is this the limit to which friendship, or rather my friendship with them, extends? Even though we have known each other for a long time?

BMTC visit

Didnt blog yesterday bcos I had lots of HW and Iwas very tired after the BMTC visit.

Yesterday, school ended at 11am for those going for BMTC trip, ended up, missing Chem lecture. Took an hour bus-ride before boarding the boat that took us to Pulau Tekong, a place that every S'pore males will be in after their 18th birthday. Actually, I already saw some of the things back at the Temasek Sem. like the M-16 rifle, obstacle course and face painting for camouflage. Participating schools were MJC, RJC, SAJC, SRJC and TJC.

New things were the simulation centre for recruits to train their shooting skills. The whole room is so high tech, like an arcade centre, and I managed to try the the simuklation hands-on. One word: cool. That was the only good part i can remember. Then, we visited the other stations before goingg to the recruits' bunk. As expected, abt 10 person per room. There is also the annex where recruits can relax during free time. Inside, there TV, football game table, ping-pong table and 2 pool tables with mismatched sofas and chairs around. Then, we were given a short talk on the equipments given on first day in the backpack. One thing I didnt know is that there was a pair of sports shoes inside the backpack.

Before leaving, there were refreshments for us and I saw Davidson and Zhen Cheng from 403'05 , again SJI pple. Somehow, I keep meeting SJI pple during these events... The boat was very shaky, moving in SHM, bobbing left and right, someone nearly fell down in the boat, even I was feeling a bit giddy after the ride. the last time I took a boat to batam for an hour, i didnt even fell a single bit of giddiness, and this time it was only a 10min ride...

Today, it was a sucky day if u want to call it that way. One of my PW group member was behaving in that queen-like mannner again. Borrowing a chinese dictionary from u sounds more like ORDERing u to give it to her, whiny about every little thing, and give u that baka-tic black face when u try to talk to her. Then when she needs my help on maths and stuff, she'll will feign innocent and come asking u "How to do this qn ah?". Also, there are some scholars in my class who are totally insensitive and do not understand the meaning of "shi ke er zhi" and continue to talk senselessly.

If this continues for another few months, im afraid that that i might have a mental breakdown during promos, which is the last thing i want. For me, i can afford not to study few days b4 exam but i cannot be in a bad mood, else i'll miscalculate, read Q wrongly and make other stupid mistakes like that. Which is why i always try to play all day on exam-eve, for mental maintenance.

Another thing, if friends are going to ignore me when i ask them for help, do NOT expect me to help when they ask for it. In contrary to people who blog out of leisure, i blog out of frustration usually.

In summary, I'm not in the best of my mood today.

Today, I should have done something which I did not do.

This morning I was taking bus to Potong Pasir MRT as usual, before walking to SAJC.
I went through the underground passage of the MRT to cross the road, as usual as well.
There, I saw a person wearing an all-brown jacket with a pair of jeans, who is slightly shorter than I am. I would guess he is no more than 18 yrs old, and was thinking of where i can buy an all-black jacket like his.
As u may know, I walk very fast where ever I go. So I overtook him in no time and was about to take the escalator up.
Just then, he walked very fast pass me. At first, I thought it was nothing because it was morning peak hour and people are rushing from one place to another, so i simply went up the escalator.
When I was halfway up the escalator, I realize that the person in the brown jacket in front of me was standing extremely close (just a step behind) to a NYJC girl (which i assume from the brown blouse n skirt), who is also on the escalator.
I was wondering why was he standing so close to the girl for.
So as I was reaching the top, I started to walk up the escalator and I was shocked by what I saw.
That person was holding a handphone under the girl's skirt with the screen facing downwards. He was actually doing that the whole time on the escalator (Potong Pasir escalator is longer than the usual ones).
The person ran away just when i was walking up the escalator and saw that scene.
I was simply flabbergasted by what the person did that I simply stoned there for abt 2 sec aftercoming out at the top of the escalator. After that, I said to myself that if I ever see this happening in front of me, I'll definitely do something about it. Zettai!!!

Just an advice to all girls: Pls do not wear short skirts to school just to look pretty. You are not going for a paegent contest. Be more alert to things happening around you to prevent yourself from being the next victim of perverts.

Went back to SJI yesterday after school with WeiYu and Shi Wei. I bet i come back to SJI more than other Josephians from my year, other than those with ext. CCA commitment. Somehow I have the feeling that the whole NPCC unit is in a hectic manner after my batch passed out. The cadets were having AP training today but it rained halfway and venue was switched to the hall.

Seems like yesterday was a good day to go back to SJI. Met Philibert-sir, who i havent seen for more than 2 years, and was questioning us why we got silver this year for NP, it's not my fault u know... n he's leaving for overseas study some time in Sept to London. Other than that, saw Zhuang Mao back there and we were crapping all the way with WeiYu and Shi Wei. Also met Dannel and Han Kwang, who i havent seen for a quite a long time, n talked to them for quite a while. Kendrick n Daryl was also there... Didn't go eat dinner with Shi Wei, WeiYu and Han Kwang though, bcos I told my mom i'll be eating at home.

Today is an unproductive day. Time was spent on doing household chores and buying groceries, wile homework was left undone... will need to finish 1chem tut,1phy tut, chinese gan xiang, eng summary, 1 25m econ essay Qn all in a day tmr...

When people call/msg nowadays there is only three reasons: picking a 'fight', in need of help in sch work, PW survey. Otherwise, they won't call u at all.
Even classmates can don't speak a word to each other throughout the whole day.
While those who should be shutting their mouths up, just don't do so.

Sometimes you just find yourself hard to put your trust in friends...
Simply because you find them hiding a lot of things behind your backs...
Even those whom you consider close can betray you when you need their support...
I know cos i've had such experience before...

Nothing very significant happened in school today. Unless u count that advanced physics lecture group has finished superposition of waves n is moving on to advanced waves... Quite a number of people also joined in after the CT results released, no. of people in the lecture group increased to 32 today.

And somethings just brings back memories...

Today, I saw Wei Qi and his friend(was from 6C if i'm correct) boarded the bus 52 while i was taking that bus home. Undoubtly, they stayed on in AJ after 1st 2 months. They never had the intention to go any other JC other than AJ in the first place... which was and still is a good idea. Haven't seen Wei Qi since the time after 1st 2 months in AJ... he seems to be doing quite well though ...
Makes me think back about the times we had together when we were still in 6B and how we wentto the same JC again after 4 years...
Can safely say that this is the result of the greatest mistake in my life... at least thus far...

Life becomes very tiring thing to continue when u r alone most of the time...

Recently i am very busy with sch work, barely started wth the GP essay to be passed up later today(technically speaking) n i am still blogging here...

Any way, i just realised that the contents of the last post disappeared for no reason. So, for a quick post i'll just sum up what i want to say for the past week.

Went to watch Pirates 2 with Shi Wei and Wei Yu on tues, probably need top wait for quite a long tiome before the next movie comes out...

u can call me slowwww... for i just know that SAJC got a scout venture unit earlier this(or rather last) week. And its like almost 5 months since i came to SA. NPCC and Scouts were among my 1st 2 choice of CCA back in Sec sch... would have joined scouts venture if i've known earlier... If i join now i'll have two CCA, dunno if i can cope with it... but really feel like joining it...

suffering from slight depression lately... so dont mind me if i'm abit more... grouchy and unfriendly...
watching anime seems to be the only thing that take me away from my worries...

if u want to know my results, its 3 As and 2 Cs, very disappointed with myself on one of the subject... dont even know what went wrong... teacher didnt even allow us to check the non-MCQ section...

Yesterday's Student Council Handover Ceremony took place at St Andrew's Cathedral.
In the first place, I'm not a Christian so I was a bit reluctant to go. Secondly, the ceremony was a bit dull in my opinion. I ALMOST fell asleep during the address by the pastor. The whole thing lasted till abt 12pm.

Then I went to BAB's Noodle at Millenia Walk with my classmates and the 8 of us had a rather expensive lunch (I had Tempura Udon :] ). Thankfully, Meilin's mother was nice enough to reserve seats for us for the place was rather packed during lunchtime. She even offered to foot the bill for us, but we just couldn't accept it. Afterwards, all of us took the same train to go home, except for Yan Shan who went to watch Pirates: Dead Man's Chest with part of the SJI gang who CONVENIENTLY left me out of it. Nvm, I'll watch with some other people some other time.

Still dont know how to manipulate the blog template... I guess I'll just have to leave it like that until help is acquired...

Only got back two of my CT results till now... Chinese was OK... but Chem was a goner... plus I have a feeling that the other 3 isn't going to be good as well...

For those who are constantly making fun of others, I have a piece of advice for you: Shi4 Ke3 Er2 Zhi3, buzz off n find constructive things to do instead... you wont want to know how pple go berserk and what they do when they are in that state...

Life begins to get real hard to get by when there is no one around you whom you can see as true friends... and those whom you see as true friends aren't able to be beside you always when you need them...

Today was a bad day.

Last night, I had this dream again about myself being in a temple-like shopping centre which has no exit. Can't remember the details, except that I was walking past a cafe alone and walked in to a CD shop; then i turned around and realised the exit of the building was gone(although I dont even know how the exit looks...) which i started to panic and woke up.

I had this dream several times, the most recent was last yr and another abt several months ago, just before I came to SA. The one several months ago also took place in the same "shopping centre" but just that the events that took place was different. That time I was walking along a rather narrow corridor, saw the same cafe outside the window, and found that I wasnt able to go into a supermarket where I saw my friends inside.
Bad things had always followed after this dream, this time was poor results for my Chem CT.

Went to school in a very bad mood with only 4 hrs of sleep n that dream.
Barely reached school in time.
GP teacher telling us CT Qn 5 was not well addressed by students (which I wrote on).
Backpain got worse during PE 2.4km practice.
At least, I got 75 for my Chinese...
PW is being rushed for written report 1st draft.
Then, got back Chem paper... failed section B...
Just got criticised by parents for getting ONLY 75 for chinese... they expect 85

oh well, life goes on i guess...

Yesterday's late-night conversation with my friends has also left something weighing on my mind...
Maybe they should have said that earlier...
Doubt it will happen... might join if it does...

Watched Charmed just now... n finishing up my last n only hols hw undone, econs essay, incidentally my worse subject(i think) after 2nd intake... gave up half way didnt know how to continue, try again tmr...

Anyway, i've been rotting in my own room in front of the com for 2 full days, yesterday and today,except for mealtime... feeling very lethargic whenever there is holidays... Listening to songs n watching more anime than ever(14epi/day), feel as though I can finish all the anime by end of this yr :P

Haven't started revising physics yet... must start tmr otherwise will fail...

Somehow prefer schooldays than holidays... thoughts will begin to run wild whenever I'm not doing work... feel so detatched from rest of the world at home...
No outing for so long... more than half of 06S03 class r scholars, not enthu for outing, 2nd ex-0506 supposedly during hols wasn't organised... 402 pple r so "dispersed"... 201 ppl seem to be very busy for 1 reason or another... super bored...

Need to get some sleep... gdnight.

Yesterday's GP paper wasnt as bad as I thought it would be.
At least can choose between 3 Q which i know out of the 8 in paper1... Compre was quite good, very little language use Q which means having less difficulties :) but not sure how to write AQ, never written 1 before...(unless u count the 1 I wrote in AJ 5 months ago...)

Today's Chem was pretty okay i guess. Only didnt know how to do one of the part in Section C on SeO2 and SiO2, the rest i studied on the day before so could do.

Went PS with SJI gang for lunch... n shiwei deserted us for his class lunch @_@, anyway, walked around PS until 1pm b4 going back SA.

Also had my A lvl Chinese Oral today in the library(how many sch actually have oral exams in library?). Passage was pretty easy only the word ji(1) need to recall how the read. Conversation was on people speaking loudly on handphones, i said quite a bit so shouldnt be too bad. I think my voice was trembling at first, cos i was a bit nervous abt going for an oral without any trial run of an oral exan in JC, but sort of calm down halfway through the passage lah. The teachers just kept nodding n asked 2 qns during conversation, wonder if they get neckache for doing that for almost 2 hrs...

watched xxxHolic up till epi 13... so far so gd...
now have to study for physics next Mon...

Somehow i just dont like exams being to far apart, rather finish it quick, just like a saying goes: "Chang tong bu ru duan tong" , not only have to study while other JCs finish CT, it also takes up a lot of lesson time, esp when econs is like only at S&D... should tell the sch to speed it up next time...

having a 4 day holiday wkend now(shuang right?), must find something to do at home otherwise will stone at home (no offence Shi Wei)...

This the first post of the first blog blog i created. Oh well cant find any thing to say(type) for an intro so i'll just get straight to blogging.

Saturday:

Woke up early in the morning n rushed to NUS right after breakfast
Bus came late... missed the MRT... waited long time for bus 95... went to wrong LT...
Luckily, I reached LT 27 at 8.45 in time to register for SMO open 2nd round
Paper started 10 mins late due to slow registeration...
I flipped over the paper n stoned there for at least 10mins before attempting the qns
Geometry, AP, sequence of primes, set theory and divisibility...
Only fully completed 1 out of 5... but I left 1 hr before the paper ended cos i simply cant stand a 4 hr paper (yes, even if its maths)

Then went home to rest a while befor leaving leaving for s'pore stadium to watch SYF
Had to walk 1 BIG round to reach there cos Pple Assoc. was closed for some reason, couldnt take the shortcut...
Saw lots of people there... saw xiao en n her friends... saw alvin quek... i think i also saw lamlam, she looks a bit scary in her red cross U though :)
Saw the SYF whole way through... saw quite a number of girl guides wiping their sweat despite being in the parade but thats not the pt... SAJC was ok i guess considering they arent from UGO
Generally quite good... almost fell asleep during the second band performance n woke up by Deyi Sec's Da Chang Jin piece sounded nice, too bad they didnt get the best band.
Theresa n zhiyang sang pretty well too... didnt get to see them up close though

Went home n had a very bad headache for no reason, so I turned in early.

Sunday:

Nothing happened really... watched epi 8,9,10 of xxxHolic on com while eating breakfast
Went my cousin's house to play Heroes V for 4 straight hrs...
Sometimes i just wonder how I can be so free when exams r just days away...

For SAJC students, tmr is GP paper (in case u didnt know), i dont know how to prepare for GP so i'm studying for Chem on Weds. Also, hope i dont get a sore throat on Weds cos its also my A-lvl chinese oral exam.
To those who finished ur CT in other JCs, hope u'll get good results (while i continue studying *sigh*).
